Mission & History
Frances Henderson is the executive director of the Dispute Settlement Center (DSC) which is North Carolina's original community mediation center (founded 1978) and serves the Triangle area. DSC helps individuals and groups of all ages respond to conflict constructively, through mediation, facilitation, and training.
