Humanity’s Loom is an environmental service firm that helps commercial, residential and institutional property owners develop and implement green building practices. We provide counsel, services and training that enable our clients to create sustainable living, learning and working spaces. Our services include start-to-finish support in achieving third party certifications such as LEED. In a nutshell, we help clients:

Laura Steinbrink, LEED-AP founded Humanity’s Loom in 2007. She is an experienced manager of organizations, projects and people. A successful entrepreneur, Laura has launched several community initiatives and was the founding executive director of Cleveland Bridge Builders, a leadership development organization for civic leaders, prior to starting Humanity’s Loom.
Laura spearheads the organization’s sustainability strategy consulting, workshop and stakeholder engagement services. She builds upon her extensive experience working for community improvement in the public, private and non-profit sectors.
With commercial clients, Laura primarily manages client accounts and directly consults with business and property owners on sustainable business practices and LEED certification. With residential clients, Laura reviews all Go-Green Assessments and is part of the solution-brainstorming team that identifies unique opportunities for each residence based on homeowner needs.
