Susannah is passionate about the great outdoors and the services it provides from material goods to recreation to health and inspiration. Her work is dedicated to helping businesses and communities develop in healthy partnership with the natural environment. She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Environmental Management from the Nicholas School at Duke University. Her concentration is innovation and decision-making for enhanced ecosystem performance. Susannah is thrilled to be based out of Durham a city she loves for its great culture, restaurants, music and commitment to sustainable progress. Prior to enrolling at Duke, Susannah spent ten years as a marketing and community outreach strategist for non-profit organizations, private companies and small business owners including; The Arts Council of Fairfax County, Recreational Equipment Incorporated (REI) and Sasaki Associates. Susannah has a Bachelor's in Art History from the University of Virginia and a Graduate Certificate in Business from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
