A religion professor in college, Richard Overman, first awakened me to the fact that we live on, and are part of, a planet, and that this actually means something! Years of community organizing and ad hoc education prepared me for a career as an entrepreneur and management consultant, which I've been enjoying now since 1994. Through my own company and in partnership with other consulting firms, like Strategic Measures, I've been primarily focused on the "People" side of the triple bottom line for most of these years, helping companies connect great people management with great customer service and organizational effectiveness. The advent of the Sustainability Paradigm as a meaningful force in the economy is a dream come true for me, and I am very happy to be participating in helping define and further this new paradigm.
