New Podcast! Employee Training and Education with Bellingham Cold Storage

In the first of a series of podcasts brought to you by the Hitachi Foundation, Green Plus Community Coordinator Amanda Komar spoke with three representatives from Bellingham Cold Storage, based in Bellingham, Washington.   

Karen Hollingsworth, Sheryl Hershey, and Doug Thomas spoke with Amanda about BCS’s great employee engagement and training tactics, including language and educational opportunities for its workers.
